About This Resource

Anger management worksheets for counseling. These engaging anger activities guide elementary students to understand that anger is a universal emotion and that each person has different triggers.

By exploring various scenarios and reflecting on their own experiences, students gain valuable self-awareness, learning to identify their personal triggers and reactions. Through this process, empathy is fostered as children discover that others experience anger differently.

The printable format makes it simple for counselors, educators, and parents to implement these valuable tools in various settings.

What's Inside

A three-step lesson plan with a clear, structured guide will help students understand anger and identify triggers.

Guided activity with 50 scenario cards. Real-life situations spark discussions and self-reflection, helping students recognize anger in themselves and others while exploring different responses.

5 point storm scale to help students understand that anger can be felt in different intensities.

Simple craft activity to reinforce learning and provide a tangible reminder. Comes with a printable worksheet option.

Supporting visuals to help students understand the concepts better.

Such a fun activity that I have used with one of my students who struggles with anger. He has a hard time calming down so I thought that it would be beneficial to have him see what his triggers are first.
