How do I access my purchase?

On the order confirmation page, there will be a link to download your resources.

Within a few minutes of purchase, you should receive two emails. One will be your receipt with a link to your order confirmation page. The second will be a downloads email with your resources linked. If you do not see it, double-check your spam folder for an email from Social Emotional Workshop with the subject, Your downloads are here!

You can also access any purchases through your customer accountClick here to login or create an account using the same email that you used for the order. 

How to Access Your Resources

The link to my purchase isn't working.

We recently switched the service that sends the email after you purchase with links to download your resource. If your link isn't working, please reach out and we can send you a new link. support@socialemotionalworkshop.com.

You have two other options:

  1. Go to your order status page that was linked in your order confirmation email and find a link to download there.
  2. Login to your customer account using the email you used to purchase and download links are there, as well.

Files

I'm having trouble download the file. What can I do?

If you can't download a file, it could be due to a poor internet connection or problems with your web browser. If you see an error message, try refreshing your browser and waiting a few minutes. The problem might go away on its own.

If you're using a school computer, the school might not allow downloading. In that case, you'll need to download the file at home and either save it to cloud storage, such as Google Drive or Dropbox, or email it to yourself.

The resource isn't printing correctly.

To print a file, make sure you have the right program to open it. If you're trying to print a ZIP file, you'll need to "unzip" it first, so you can see what's inside. Here's how you can do that.

If the file you want to print is a PDF, you might have trouble getting it to look right on paper, mainly if it contains many images. To fix this, make sure you're using the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. You can download this program for free. Once it's installed, you should be able to print your PDF without any problems.

If that doesn't work, try the following:

  1. Open the PDF file with Adobe Acrobat Reader
  2. Click "Print"
  3. "In the 'Page Sizing & Handling' section, select 'Shrink Oversized Pages' if needed.
  4. Click on 'Advanced'
  5. Check the 'Print as Image' box
  6. Print the document
Zip files

A ZIP file is a compressed folder that contains multiple files. 

ZIP files need to be unzipped to extract their contents. Both Windows and macOS can unzip ZIP files without additional software. 

Below are step-by-step instructions for opening a ZIP file.

Windows

  1. Right-click on the ZIP file.
  2. Choose "Extract All" from the menu that opens.
  3. Choose a destination to save the files (e.g., Desktop, My Downloads).
  4. Click "Extract."

Mac

Double-click the unopened ZIP file — the file should extract automatically. If that doesn't work, hold down the control key and click the ZIP file icon. Choose "Open With" and then select "Archive Utility." The utility will extract the ZIP files; you can find them in the same folder where you downloaded them.

Can I share resources with a coworker?

Your purchase is an individual license. If you think someone would benefit from the resource, please send them a link so they can get it themselves.

The individual license allows you to share a part of a resource if it is part of your job. You may create a behavior plan and pass it along to a teacher. You can see our terms of use below, and please don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions.

Can you make a resource editable?

We want to make sure that we comply with the artwork terms of use and protect our copyrights, so most of them can't be edited. However, some of our resources do have editable files. This will be clearly stated in the description.

Payments

I purchased a bundle that included a resource I previously bought. Can you give me a refund for the single resource?

Sure thing! Bundles are a great deal, but not if you pay twice for some resources! Go ahead and purchase the bundle. Then send us a message below to let us know which bundle you purchased. We will go ahead and reimburse you for any previous purchases included in the bundle.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, and others. These may vary depending on your location.
