How do I access my purchase?
On the order confirmation page, there will be a link to download your resources.
Within a few minutes of purchase, you should receive two emails. One will be your receipt with a link to your order confirmation page. The second will be a downloads email with your resources linked. If you do not see it, double-check your spam folder for an email from Social Emotional Workshop with the subject, Your downloads are here!
You can also access any purchases through your customer account. Click here to login or create an account using the same email that you used for the order.
The link to my purchase isn't working.
We recently switched the service that sends the email after you purchase with links to download your resource. If your link isn't working, please reach out and we can send you a new link. support@socialemotionalworkshop.com.
You have two other options:
- Go to your order status page that was linked in your order confirmation email and find a link to download there.
- Login to your customer account using the email you used to purchase and download links are there, as well.
