Fun, Great easy and interactive get to know you first week of school activity

This was such a cute craft to add into my self-esteem group. The kids loved it.

My Grade Two pupils needed some assistance to assemble their hearts so ideally for slightly older pupils. Once we put the hearts together, we attached them to a self-portrait. Perfect for a back to school getting to know me activity.

This is a super-fun, easy to prep activity that all of the kids loved. I used it at the beginning of the year with all of my students. They loved choosing what areas they wanted to share about their lives. I did a mock up to help them see how it would come out. The younger students needed more support in constructing the heart but once they got started it was easy for them to complete.
