This is a great resource to always go back to with my students as a counselor. Helping kids "connect with dots" between Thinking/Feeling/Behaviors is something I am always referring back to. I love having this simple, clear visual with me to refer back to and help them fill in as we discuss CBT concepts. Thanks for the great resource!

I really liked these worksheets. They worked great and filled a need I had for a CBT small group addressing anxiety. The only thing that could have made them more perfect is if they came in Spanish, too!

They are nice little worksheets to assist with teaching CBT. The kids like the format (pictures) which I think engages them more and gives them a visual to help them understand. It's not especially exciting or mind blowing. I use it with students that are more visual learners so it is helpful in that way

I liked this and did it with some of my clients in therapy but some were a bit confused on how to do it so there was a lot of explanation each time. Overall I liked it though!

I find these worksheets very helpful in explaining the relationship of thoughts, feelings, and actions and then using the boxes to illustrate that process with examples from student's lives.

I like completing this with my clients, and then taking a photo for their file before sending it home with them. It helps parents and educators separate the behaviour from the feelings driving the behaviour, which is especially important with clients who are on the Autism spectrum, or those with a trauma background.
