Very comprehensive resource

I used these as conversation prompts to get clients thinking about CBT and if any of the situations applied to them. It was helpful to assess who had flexible thinking and who didn't. Such a variety of different situations to pick from so I didn't have to create them on my own when already drained from Teletherapy. Thank you!

Really excited to see how my kiddos respond to this. I think the characters make it more personable and hope the kids like it! I do wish that there was a little more variation with the game play but maybe I can make some adaptions.

Great resource

I have used this game again and again! I adjusted it a little by making a die with the characters on each side and one "roll again" side. Students roll and then answer the prompts on the back of the card for the character they rolled. The students learn a lot and the characters are helpful reminders in their own right! ("What would Doctor Positive suggest right now?")
