Calm Down Corner Bundle - Self Regulation Tools and Lessons

This is such a comprehensive resource for supporting students with emotional regulation! I love having so many different visuals and strategies in one place, especially the feelings cards, calming strategy cards, and step-by-step process. The variety makes it easy to choose what will work best for individual students, and the visuals are especially helpful for students who need concrete reminders of what they can do when they are feeling overwhelmed. This would be a great addition to a classroom, counseling space, or OT office!

There are a lot of posters, check-ins, ect that help students identify their feelings, but I was looking for something that provided the next step. This is it! There are a lot of resources for students to use to help them identify and regulate their feelings.

This product has more files than I know what to do with, in a good way! I use a lot of the visual posters to help students get regulated in our cozy corner and appreciate that there's a variety of ways to use the posters/tools included. Our counselor also really likes this setup from when she visits our classroom :)

I love having this resource in a calm down corner. I additionally enjoy the calm down strategies that are for students. They are simple, not over stimulating, and fit well with other classroom decor. In my class we work through the coping skills lessons at the beginning off the year.
