You know SEL matters, but you don't have a curriculum, a spare planning period, or the appetite to build one from scratch. This is the middle path: open it up, pick the topic your class needs this week, and run ten minutes a day. How It Works
- Pick a topic based on what your students need this week.
- Run one two-page activity a day, about 10 minutes each, across five days.
