On the order confirmation page, there will be a link to download your resources.
Within a few minutes of purchase, you should receive two emails. One will be your receipt with a link to your order confirmation page. The second will be a downloads email with your resources linked. If you do not see it, double check your spam folder for an email from Social Emotional Workshop with the subject, Your downloads are here!
You can also access any purchases through your customer account. Click here to login or create an account using the same email that you used for the order.
We recently switched the service that sends the email after you purchase with links to download your resource. If your link isn't working, please reach out and we can send you a new link. support@socialemotionalworkshop.com.
You have two other options: 1. Go to your order status page that was linked in your order confirmation email and find a link to download there. 2. Login to your customer account using the email you used to purchase and download links are there, as well.
Files
If you can't download a file, it could be because of a bad internet connection or problems with your web browser. If you see an error message, try refreshing your browser and waiting a few minutes. The problem might go away on its own.
If you're using a school computer, the school might not allow downloading. In that case, you'll need to download the file at home and either save it to cloud storage, such as Google Drive or Dropbox, or email it to yourself.
To print a file, you need to make sure you have the right program to open it. If you're trying to print a ZIP file, you'll need to "unzip" it first, so you can see what's inside. Here's how you can do that.
If the file you want to print is a PDF, you might have trouble getting it to look right on paper, especially if it has a lot of pictures or images. To fix this, make sure you're using the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. You can download this program to your computer for free. Once it's installed, you should be able to print your PDF without any problems.
If that doesn’t work, try the following:
- Open the PDF file with Adobe Acrobat Reader
- Click "Print"
- In the “Page Sizing & Handling” section, select “Shrink Oversized Pages” if needed
- Click on "Advanced"
- Check the "Print as Image" box
- Print the document
A ZIP file is a compressed folder that contains multiple files.
ZIP files need to be unzipped in order to extract the files inside. Both Windows and Mac OSX are able to unzip ZIP files without additional software.
Below you will find step by step instructions on how to open a ZIP file.
Windows
- Right-click on the ZIP file.
- Choose "Extract All" from the menu that opens.
- Choose a destination to save the files (e.g., Desktop, My Downloads).
- Click "Extract."
Mac
Double-click the unopened ZIP — the file should extract automatically. If that doesn't work, hold down the control key and click the ZIP file icon. Choose "Open With" and then select "Archive Utility." The utility will extract the ZIP files; you can find them in the same folder where you downloaded them.
Your purchase is an individual license. If you think someone would benefit from the resource, please send them a link so they can get it themselves.
The individual license allows you to share a part of a resource if it is part of your job. You may create a behavior plan and pass it along to a teacher. You can see our terms of use below and please don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions.
We want to make sure that we comply with artwork terms of use and protect our copyrights, so most of them can't be edited. However, some of our resources do have editable files. This will be clearly stated in the description.
