Resources you purchase on Social Emotional Workshop are delivered electronically. Unlike a new planner or sweater, you can't return these files after downloading them. For that reason, almost all sales are considered final and nonrefundable.
We totally understand that sometimes things just don't work out as expected. That's why we're here to help with refunds in certain situations. If you haven't downloaded or accessed your purchase digitally, or if it fits into one of the exceptions we've listed below, you might be eligible for a refund. Here's the lowdown:
Timing is Key: Get in touch within a year of your purchase. We'll look into each request individually.
Incomplete Resource File: If something's missing or not quite right in the resource file, let us know. We can usually remedy this.
Not as Described: If the preview or description doesn't match up with what's actually in the resource, we've got you covered. For example, the description promises 24 game cards, but you find a list of 24 questions instead.
Tech Hiccups: Can't access a resource because of technical requirements we didn't mention? We're here to sort it out. For example, you get a PowerPoint file, but we forgot to mention that on the product page.
Oops, Double Trouble: Bought the same resource more than once? Happens to the best of us. For example, you buy a resource in a bundle, then buy the same bundle again later.
File Access Status: Purchased something but never got around to downloading or accessing it? No problem.
