Self Care Social Emotional Learning Activities - SEL for Distance Learning
Self care is an important skill for students to learn and one we don’t often focus on explicitly. Over five days, students will learn about self care, ways they can incorporate it, and think about self-care that will work for them.
How to Use
The activities are broken into 5 days to cover self care over the course of a week. This is a simple way to introduce self care to the whole class, small groups, or individual students. Plus the daily SEL activities can be easily used in person or for distance learning.
